FiBS Foundation builds 90 officially protected homes for the elderly in Sant Feliu de Llobregat and will manage the rents

The City Council of Martorell has awarded Fundació SALAS plot number 6 of the new development of La Sínia. It is about a surface right award to promote 130 affordable social rental homes.

On March 16, the SALAS Foundation and the Nou Lloc Foundation reached an agreement with the Sant Pere de Ribes City Council to carry out 43 affordable rental homes in the municipality.
At the end of February, Mayor Aurora Carbonell, Councilor Júlia Vigó, the Head of the Department of Territory, Sustainability and Housing Carles Cortés and the technical architect of the Local Housing Office, Antoni Ortodó, of the ‘Sitges City Council, visited the works of Marinada and Terral located in the town.
Following the approval by the governing board of the acquisition of plot number 4 of the residential sector of La Sínia by the SALAS Foundation, on March 29 the project was presented to the City Council of Martorell.
The SER.GI Foundation has allocated € 14,618 to the solidarity campaign. Through donations from individuals and own resources, it has been possible to alleviate the emergency situation of 33 families cared for by the Foundation who were in difficulty to pay the rent of the house or to face water expenses, light and gas.
In the Sant Andreu district, the 1st and 2nd floors of Llar Casa Bloc have been filled with stories, life and joy during the month of February. After so many efforts over the last four years by all the agents who have made it possible, the Casa Bloc Home project has borne fruit. People like Ignacio, Emilia and Andrés … have been able to come to live to resume new dreams and hopes.
