At the end of February, Mayor Aurora Carbonell, Councilor Júlia Vigó, the Head of the Department of Territory, Sustainability and Housing Carles Cortés and the technical architect of the Local Housing Office, Antoni Ortodó, of the ‘Sitges City Council, visited the works of Marinada and Terral located in the town.
The visit was attended by the architect who supervised the work, Óscar Navarro and staff from the construction company. Respecting all the measures and protocols on the occasion of the Covid-19, attendees were able to see first hand how the works are progressing.
Marinada and Terral add up to a total of 105 homes with 2 and 3 bedroom typologies. Once completed, the Nou Lloc Foundation in collaboration with the Sitges Local Housing Office will be in charge of managing these affordable social rental housing.
