3.- What personal data do we process and for what purpose?

The collection and use of personal data, with the exception of the cases described in the section “processing of data to allow access to the Web”, are only possible if you voluntarily provide us with your personal data. This applies for the following purposes:

3.1 Social housing application

The personal data provided in the course of your social housing application (the “Application”) will be collected, processed and used in order to manage your request and subsequent award study, and for the purpose of maintenance of the contractual relationship, the management, administration, provision, extension and improvement of the services, as well as the sending of technical and operational information related to the application, by any means, including e-mail and / or equivalent means . In this regard, we inform you that your personal data together with the result of possible satisfaction surveys will be used to evaluate your opinion and study of your particular profile, for the sole purpose of improving the services provided by us.
At the time of making the request, they could also request personal data from other members of the family unit. Therefore, we ask that you ensure that this information is provided with your consent.

3.2 Video surveillance

COHABITAC has video surveillance systems in its housing stock in order to ensure the safety of people and property that are in the facilities and ensure the optimal conservation of the same.

These cameras are placed in a fixed and visible way, do not emit any sound and are signaled by the appropriate “video surveillance zone” badges. Its installation respects in any case the rights to privacy and dignity of people, whether customers or employees.
The images recorded by these video surveillance cameras will be kept by COHABITAC for as long as is legally necessary, retaining those whose maintenance has been requested by public administrations or by judges and courts, and those that are necessary for verification and proof of punishable or punishable acts.

3.3 Sending commercial communications

COHABITAC has implemented this privacy policy with respect to the information provided when accepting the conditions for the sending of communications and commercial information. The user, by accepting these conditions, expressly consents, through this affirmative action, in the incorporation of their personal contact data in our systems and in their use for the following purposes (see Commercial Communications Policy ).

3.4 Data processing to allow the use of the website

When you visit any of our websites, we collect the data necessary for you to access them (usage data). 6.- How long do we keep your data?

The personal data obtained during the application for social housing will be kept for as long as the commercial relationship between the parties is maintained and for a maximum period of five years after its termination.

7.- What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

We inform you that you have the right, free of charge and to the extent that the legal requirements are met, to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we at COHABITAC process personal data concerning you. As an interested party, you have the right to access your personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary. for the purposes for which they were collected.
