Since 2015, we have been managing, in collaboration with the Catalan Housing Agency, the 32-storey building on Carrer Sant Eloi in the Marina del Prat Vermell district of Barcelona, where 44 people live in situation of social exclusion and which are attended by social entities.

It is a pioneering project in the state of social housing management, for the conjunction in the same building of people with different situations of social problems that had the support and accompaniment of 10 social entities.

Also by the joint and coordinated work of several entities, all governed by a Governing Council. Since its inception at the end of 2015, the Habitat3 Foundation has developed the project with the main objective of facilitating access to independent housing for people in a situation of social and housing exclusion of particularly vulnerable groups.

It has been a project that has been consolidated:

• Internally: in its coexistence management model.
• Externally: with the fit in the environment and the participation in the various entities in the neighborhood.

People living in the Sant Eloi building are cared for by one of the following social entities: AREP, JOIA, Sant Pere Claver, Fundació Salut i Comunitat, Prevención, Assistència i Seguiment, ABD, Fundació Mambré, Arrels i Assís.
